Parmesan Baked Fish - Quick Fish Recipe

What could be better than a baked fish dish with cheese? Not much if you ask me. I could eat cheese on anything, even the spare tire in my car but that's a different article for a different time. If you love fish as much as I do then you will no doubt enjoy this recipe as much as I did. Baked fish is one of the most popular fish dishes and this one is no different. It is a really simple recipe to make and it won't take too much time to get it in the oven. Today, most of us are running short on time and it is hard to cook a great meal for the family but this recipe will soon be one of your favorites. Lets get started!

Grab your favorite fish fillets. I used Orange Roughy but you can choose your favorite. Get all of your ingredients ready.

Ingredients:

* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
* 2 teaspoons salt (more or less to taste)
* 2 pounds thawed fresh or frozen fish fillets
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* melted butter
Now go ahead and preheat your oven to 375° and grease a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish (or whatever you have available). Mix the milk and salt together in a shallow bowl. This will be your wet mixture. Combine bread crumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in another bowl. This will be your dry mixture. Dip fish fillets into the wet mixture. Make sure they are coated well and then coat them with the dry mixture. Place them in the baking dish and drizzle some melted butter over the fillets. Bake the fish for about 25 or 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
