Easy Cooking Today Meat LoafOne Pound Ground Beef Two Eggs One Cup Bread Crumbs One 8 Ounce can of Tomato Sauce One Medium White Onion diced Two medium Carrots Diced Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, except for the seasonings. With very clean hands knead the mixture until all the ingredients blend and form your loaf. Add salt and pepper and the Italian seasoning around the entire loaf then knead again until the seasoning is mixed throughout the Meat Loaf. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil, place your meat loaf in the dish and let it rest while you preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Make sure to wash your hands after handling the raw products. When your oven reaches the correct temperature place the meatloaf into the oven and set your timer for 40 minutes. The loaf should be a nice brown on top and the juices should run clear. Remove the Meatloaf from the oven and let it sit for around 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with your choice of potato and vegetable sides! Enjoy. This loaf feeds two to four persons. Double the ingredients and add 10 minutes to the cooking time and you will have plenty for meatloaf sandwiches the next day!
